208 reviews from Google Maps- Very good, very friendly! Everything went perfectly. However, the luggage was left unlocked in a corner of the store, where it could be easily observed by the staff. A way to lock it up would be more secure and would better justify the price.

- Everything went well, but the bags are stored directly in the hallway. The hotel door is locked, though, so there's at least a certain level of security. The location is very good and the service was very friendly.

- Pleasant atmosphere, easy access to everything in Hamburg via the S-Bahn. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The only thing I personally missed was fresh fruit at the buffet.

- They were just incredibly kind. And it doesn't seem like there are as many safety issues as some of the comments have said. They were neatly lined up at the very end of the hallway, visible from the front desk, and when I picked them up they carefully checked them against the photo I took when I checked them in.

- It's straightforward. The luggage is photographed when it's dropped off, and compared with the image when it's picked up. We'll leave our suitcase there again.

- It was great; we've stayed here three times already. Friendly staff, pleasant lobby, and a nice bar (you can get drinks here even after midnight). Clean rooms. Excellent value for money. Great location - near the train station in Altona. We'll be back!
