We had 10 hours from the end of our cruise until our flight home and wanted to explore Ft. Lauderdale. The store representative (forget his name) was very nice, offered the use of his restroom, and we were in and out within a couple of minutes. Our luggage was stored in a back room & very secure in my opinion. I highly recommend using this Bounce.com location. It’s about a block from the beach & ocean & there are several dining options in the area.

Easy drop off and pick up…also doubles as the cutest place for lunch! The staff was very friendly and accommodating - we will definitely book this spot again

I had accidentally put the wrong date and they still took our luggage so it was very hopeful. The café was very nice. I had a great hot cocoa there and my husband had iced coffee. Highly recommend.

Very happy with the place and the service. It is close enough to the port that it is walkable, however the Cruise Terminal 2 at Port Everglades, located at 1801 SE 20th Street is definitely the close one. This is counter intuitive but SE 19th st is many blocks away from 17th st, while 20th st is only 1-2 bloks away. That said, its closeby if uber or taxi and then they have many shops to visit if you have shopping to do or want to grab a bite to eat.

Super convenient drop off with courteous staff in a quaint coffee shop. Perfect location for a walk to the beach or lunch while waiting for your flight.

It was hard to pinpoint where location was at first for drop off and no one acknowledged us for a while. But once completed and picked up all luggage returned in good condition.

On arrival I thought we were in the wrong place however I asked the waitress and she said it was there. The cafe was really busy so we had to wait a bit until someone could take our luggage. While we waited we had a drink the music and atmosphere was good.

It’s the first time we had used this kind of storage facility and it worked perfectly, allowing us to have an extra day of exploring before heading to the airport for an evening flight. It was very easy to book and amend through the app. The staff in the shop who stored our luggage were very friendly and helpful. The luggage was kept safely in an area out of view of shoppers behind the till. We were impressed and would use this venue again if we were in the area.

Good but they take a long time getting your bags checked in and out. Especially when you have an uber driver waiting outside.

Right next to the Museum of Discovery and Science and Esplanade Park. Great way for us to kill a few hours while waiting for our flight. Staff was very friendly!
