It does not have a bathroom, however it is well located and the delivery and collection of the suitcases was easy.

The staff was friendly to us, they helped us with internet when we had issues with network connection (recommend making screenshots of the QR code). They labeled one (!) of our two luggages and took them to a room at the back of the store, which we believe customers could potentially see. However, we thought it's okay bcs the staff had cameras and were looking around the shop. Our luggage was fine but we would prefer if there had been a curtain or something to make sure no one gets tempted to steal the unattended luggage. That's our only downside. Would recommend anyway.:)

Amazing service by the team! The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful!! The only downside was the construction and the uphill battle but that is not within anyone's control. When we go back to edinburgh for longer, Im going to book with them for both luggage storage and hotel! Thank you once again team!

Staff very helpful & finding the location was easy.

Everything was fine with the drop off etc, however I give it 4 stars as the man at the cafe didn’t check us out and we had to do it on the app.

Your reservation was not completed by Royal Mile Coffee. That's OK.

Great but it must be a way to check out promptly when the bag are picked up. I picked up my bag at 14:29 and the lady checked me out at 16:47.

The location is conveniently located with good transportation, a pleasant environment, and very friendly staff.
