Staff very helpful in Carrolls shop...needed help as wasnt familliar with this system of booking online..difficult for senior citizens to navigate..so had to get help from a member of staff.Felt safe in this shop and didnt have any qualms about leaving my luggage for a couple of hours.I would certainly use it again.
