Great staff and location. Bounce app itself offline a lot so made communication difficult

Great staff very helpful. Just opposite the correos on the same side. Only issue was the bounce app was offline for hours when we needed to contact the storage ppl. Very frustrating!!

Very convenient as it was so close to the Mezquita-Catedral. And I didn't have any problem with checking-in and out my luggage.

The location was excellent, just a few blocks from our Airbnb. The only problem was that it took us a while to locate the person who would take our luggage, but that's a minor issue.

The storage place was very close to train station 6min walk. The guys at the Bar/resturant were super efficent, helpful and friendly. There was no pressure to buy any meals or drinks from them but its a beautiful bar and i would have loved to try their meals, they looked amazing, but kitchen had just closed. I did have a really cold beer after long day of walking in 34c heat before catching my train. Can highly recommend this location.

Easy to book online! Fair payment for all day storage. They stored it in a room with an employee behind a sliding door, so it felt somewhat secure.

Excellent everything

The team at Marisa was very helpful and nice but there was really no security of leaving the luggage. We were asked to place the bags in a room and take them by ourselves and nobody took care of checking if we were taking our bags or someone else’s.

The hotel is next to the mezquita, the staff is friendly and also speaks English. Only note, the luggage storage is in an unattended room, but they leave you a tag to attach to your luggage so I hope no one thinks of taking it..
