Confusing with labels on locker, these don't relate to size of locker chosen. The app needs pressing a lot, it's frustrating but that's how to get qr code.

They provide fast service for both delivery and collection. They manage everything via QR code to ensure a smooth process.

The location is incorrect, the Augustiner Hotel reception is the actual location. Other than that, everything is great.

Super close to the train station and man behind counter was lovely. A tight fit, but my suitcase was massive and I was still able to fit through! Will use again.

The staff were incredibly friendly, no problems at all. The only downside was that our luggage was stored in full view of everyone.

Everything was perfect! It saved us from having to drive all the way to Deutz on the day of departure, only to potentially not find a locker available, and we were able to finish our short trip in Belgium without any stress. Easy to book in advance without needing an app or creating a customer account! Perfect!

The location was also right next to Cologne Cathedral, which made it easy to drop off and pick up.

I was surprised that I could drop off luggage at the DHL station. Everything worked well, though. I just had to wait longer than expected for the QR code to open the compartment; I had to try generating it several times. But otherwise, it was great!

A great alternative to the DB's "lockers." Excellent guidance through the Bounce app, both for dropping off and picking up items. Would gladly use again!

Convenient place to store luggage. The store had us take a picture of our luggage, and then we put it in the storage closet in the back of the shop. It was easy, and we were comfortable leaving it there. We'd use the service again.

Easy to use but big luggage slot is on top, so not quite convenient to lift it up.
