Really good place. This was new to me and was extremely convenient to drop off luggage and go explore city before our travels. Super easy and convenient. Place stays open later which worked perfect for us too.

This location was open on a Sunday, when many were not. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great: just across the street from Washington/Wells which gives you access to many lines including the Orange Line to Midway, or three blocks from Washington station where you can hop on the Blue Line to O'Hare. I stashed my luggage for my last day of sight-seeing before my late afternoon flight, and was able to retrieve my bag and get to the airport in record time. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to relax in addition to securely holding out bags

Great location near El stop and Union and Ogelvie train stations. Staff was pleasant and they didn't mind upon puck up as a sat down and switch shoes from my bags. Also, their food looks great.

Super easy drop off. Employees were kind and had great recommendations for the city. This is a short walk from the L train!
