We booked tickets online, it was easy. They personally took our luggage and took a photo of it. Finally we got it back in order. Everything was fine with it.

My bag was stored in a room accessible only with a keycard, it really couldn't be safer. Fast, easy and cheaper than the train station lockers!

I'd previously booked a reservation at another Bounce outlet. But when we arrived, it was closed, so we had to find another place. We're glad we chose Manneke because it was much nicer than our first choice. The service was very friendly..., and the souvenirs were beautiful and reasonably priced.

It's close to the station and luggage drop-off and collection were smooth, just as expected.

Staff is very accomodating.. treat us like guest in the hotel.

Very central, 5 minutes from the central station. Quick drop-off and pick-up, no problem. I'm not giving it 5 stars because there are some stairs, which is inconvenient when carrying suitcases. The price Bounce initially lists isn't what they charge you later, because they add a euro or so as a fee. They should state the total price from the start.
