They were very kind and helpful showing us how to make the reservation. It was all very quick and easy.

you book it online and pay for it.. they send you the address and you take your luggage... for a cabin suitcase 4.90e plus tax around 6.70e for the whole day... it's worth it than carrying your suitcase through the narrow cobblestone streets of the old city..

This was not a plain locker room, it is a hotel with a 24 hours Reception, near Bergamo Stazione, with gentle communicative staff that can resolve any question you might have and they are always there for you. The process was safe and simple! Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly, they spoke some English but not much, but they were super nice and polite. We picked up the luggage at 17:30 on Sunday as indicated by the app, despite that on Google maps the restaurant shows as first open at 18:30. All was fine. Positive experience. Would recommend them.
