I had a great experience! The address is a bit tricky so instead of typing the street address, type in the name of the business that the storage/locker is at into your Google Maps- it’s easier to find that way! 10/10 Safe and easy to keep a backpack or medium luggage!

No problems other than the phone number on app was not the one I needed to get access to the building.

friendly staff, my belongings were safe. Left my luggage while I visited world of Coca Cola for a couple of hours before catching my flight.

The location was wonderful - a quick walk from the first metro stop out of the airport. I had difficulties getting in as the person who answers the phone was asleep and missed my calls, but it was 6am. Once I finally got them after about 15 minutes, it was smooth from then forward. I'm not sure what I would have done if they hadn't eventually answered as there is nowhere else that is 24 hours and I was getting a little panicky. Bounce assistance wasn't able to do much other than call the same number and get the same voicemail. It was a great option overall and if they can get the answering straightened out it would be perfect.

There were no signs, so it was difficult to find. The luggage storage area was located inside a tattoo parlor, and the price for storing luggage in a standard metal cabinet seemed expensive. However, since there's no luggage storage near the aquarium, I think I'll use it again. It would be nice if the price was a little cheaper.

Call the international number, it seems to be the quickest way to reach someone. Sundays they may be busy but typically respond quickly. Would use again.

Super easy and felt secure. It’s at great location to spend a few hours at Ponce City Market before heading to the airport.

Went to the aquarium on a layover at ATL, very convenient, secure, and professional place to stowe luggage. It’s also easy to get picked up by Uber right in front. Would definitely use them again

I liked being able to store my bags myself, I had a poster with me and was worried it would get smushed!

Very friendly, welcoming staff member who showed us where our bags would be kept and told us the room is locked and only accessed by staff. Good central location. The only down side was the cost (including $9+ fees, it cost $32+ for 3 bags!).

I had to call when I got there even though I had the code already. The first time I called someone picked up, then hung up the phone and wouldn't pick it up again, they ended up giving me an alternate phone number to call, it took longer to drop the bag off than I thought it would.

Super sweet lady. They have good drinks and a cute porch to eat on! Love this place would store my bags again

As someone who has never used a service like this, the staff at this location were super kind, accommodating, and communicative. Very quick and secure. The location was great for anyone looking to spend some time directly in Downtown Atlanta.

Dropping off my bags was pretty straightforward. There was a little miscommunication at drop off, but Preston helped me sort it fairly quickly.

The front desk lady was so nice! The luggage is kept in a secure area and the check in and out was painless. It was such a lifesaver as someone coming from out of town who was unable to check into the hotel yet.

It's difficult to get in touch for the 1st time as I didn't hv local numbers while the app asked me to pay the bill 1st..eventually I went directly to the address just to make sure it's not a scam. No staff there, but at least I knew it's not a scam..after online payment, then I got the WhatsApp number that I could call..the rest was just fine
