Second time using Micklegate News for luggage storage while in the city. Fab both times and will definitely use again.

Pick off and drop off was really efficient and easy and really helpful staff

It was so nice that I could drop it off early in the morning. There are no stairs. It's not difficult to get there. It's the best.

Great drop off with really nice guy at the shop counter. Meant we were hands free to enjoy our last day in York and pick up the bags on the way back to the station.

Excellent. They store our luggage in an orderly and secure manner. The man and woman who work between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. treated us wonderfully. We had to wait for the bus, so after collecting our luggage, they let us stay in the lounge without any problems. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. The store employee didn't quite understand the system, but he immediately asked someone else, and it was quickly resolved. Very friendly. Perfectly located for walking around central York.

It was good - open on early and late / useful. Was a bit of confusion when we arrived.
