Discover Vienna Praterstern luggage storage

Used this for storing my bag. Was easy to find the storage, which is located inside of a store. You need to scan a QR code to book the storage, then show it to the employee inside. Price was EUR6.5 for the day, even though I only used it for a couple of hours. There was a cheaper option at the Praterstern train station (EUR 3), which was out of service at the time. Service was good, only giving 4 stars cause there are cheaper options available.

Very good attitude in terms of customer service, however there is additional fee included when you scan and pay and final fee goes to around 7 euro per suitcase. Although advertised as 3.90 per suitcase.

The process is easy. Walk in with a booking, you present the QR code, they take a photo of the bags and store them in a location at the back of the store. To pick up, you present the QR code and they see the picture and bring your stuff from the storage. Online booking was fast, as well as drop off and pick up.

Staff were very friendly! Store was easy to find and although luggage was just stored at the front the staff were vigilant and kept an eye on it. Would recommend!

The storage was good, simple and nice, but the price was very expensive; paying over €23 for 5 hours is a real shocker.

Easy and quick drop off and pick up without any problems or delays.

Everything worked fine but I think that's the coke chamber or something that looks ultra dodgy the chamber where they stored it
