great location, friendly staff, and flexible hours

Nice it was open on Sunday but unfortunately only to 4.30 and the price is the same - too high in my opinion

The process on drop-on/drop-off is very simple and clear. An app literally tells you what to do, and there are signs near the café to help you. Communication with staff: 100/10. All of people here are really nice, ready to help and it was just a pleasure to talk to all of them💜 I would highly recommend this place. Equally as a place to drop your luggage and as a place to stay and have a nice meal in nice company. PS. Coffee here is really tasty!

Safe, quick and easy way to store your lugagge while exploring Verona! You have to go inside the café and ask the waiter (not necessary to book in advance). Friendly service!

Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient because it's downtown. There was a bit of confusion with the pickup because they brought us the wrong backpacks twice. Perhaps some labeling system should be implemented to avoid confusion. But making mistakes is human.

This is a small cafe that as a side business storing luggage. They have a space well out of public view where they put the bags. Getting the bag in and out was easy and the location was very convenient for me. Staff aren't especially friendly but they got the job done.
