It was very easy drop off process, even during rush hours staff were friendly and quick. Also the location is very near to train station which is very nice.

They also let us use their toilets!

It was reassuring to see a hard copy label and receipt being used, alongside the electronic code. This provided additional security and confidence. The bag was placed directly into the storage room, which was also reassuring. I did have to hang around waiting for someone to scan the Bounce code and take my bag when I dropped it off. That was a bit annoying, even allowing for the fact that this is a busy restaurant. However I got my bag back very quickly when I picked it up. That member of staff was friendly and had excellent customer service skills.

Very friendly staff and easy to drop off and collect the baggage. However it was a bot expensive, so the price could've been a bit cheaper

Absolutely brilliant! The location is perfect for anyone arriving or leaving by train. Staff are really professional and friendly. We felt confident our bags would be fine and it was a speedy service.

The bar owner is friendly, and they'll store your luggage at a laundromat next door. They're open late and don't give you any trouble.

Not so easy to find. ... bar on corner. But handy if you need to get a train or bus later in the day. Very nice people and coffee great.

A very convenient place to leave your luggage and visit Venice. Everything was great and the opening hours were generous.

Everything was fine, the only thing is that since it's a trattoria they store it in the warehouse and the backpacks got a food smell.
