Why this site exists, what it's built on, and what's coming next.
Read the dispatchBojan Savić
Senior Learning Experience designer. I build learning systems, serious games, and AI-assisted ID workflows — and write about what actually works.
The brief
I build the tools I cannot find off-the-shelf — Scenario Studio, a serious-game authoring studio in Godot 4; Content Factory, a code-first video pipeline in Remotion; and a rotating set of smaller AI experiments that keep the day job honest.
I write about what works, what doesn't, and why — after the evidence lands, not before.
What's on the board right now.
Builds I use in production every week — useful, but honest about being unfinished.
Serious-game platform
ActiveA serious-game authoring tool and SCORM-ready runtime for workplace training — built in Godot 4.
Open the fileVideo pipeline
ActiveA code-first video pipeline — idea → SRT → storyboard → animated scenes → MP4 / PDF, one command.

The short version of how I decide whether something is worth building at all.
-
Outcomes
Outcomes over outputs. A module shipped is not a skill acquired. If the behaviour has not changed on Monday morning, the course did not work — regardless of completion rate or smile-sheet score.
-
Systems
Systems over one-off courses. One course solves one moment. A learning system catches the next ten. I design for the pipeline, not the lesson.
-
Verification
Verification over vibes. "Felt useful" is not evidence. Behavioural traces, performance deltas, and leading indicators are. Every build has a measurement layer or it does not ship.
-
Agency
Agency over engagement. Keeping someone clicking is not the goal. Giving them the authority to make a better decision is. Serious games over gamification.
