Neeme , on her fellow citizens suddenly transforming into Mind Flayers
Apprentice Neeme shows up at the docks west of the Blushing Mermaid in the Lower City once all three Netherstones have been collected by the party. Once the party approach, people on the docks are forcefully transformed into Mind Flayers and Neeme flees.
