John Knight (1877-1956) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.

He was nominated by President Herbert Hoover on January 28, 1932 to replace John Benjamin Sanborn. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 3rd, and received commission on February 11th. On October 11, 1954, he assumed senior status and continued to serve in this capacity until his death on January 12, 1956. Joyce was succeeded in this position by Edward Devitt.
