Oren Harris (1903-1997) was a federal judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.

Harris was nominated to both the Western District of Arkansas and the Eastern District of Arkansas by President Lyndon Johnson on July 26, 1965, to a new seat created by 75 Stat. 80; he was confirmed by the Senate on August 11, 1965, and received commission the next day. From 1967-1973, he served as the chief judge. He assumed senior status on February 3, 1976. He served the Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas until his death on February 5, 1997. Harris was succeeded in this position by Elsijane Roy.
