Education
Gonzales earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1987 and her J.D. from Howard University School of Law in 1992.[3]

Gonzales is a judge for the Denver County Court. She was appointed to the court in 2007. Prior to joining the court, she served as a prosecutor.[3]
