Prive is not only a lot more seamless than our current subscription provider, but the team handled the entire transition very smoothly. Very happy with our new subscription with Prive and looking forward to sticking on this app moving forward. Thank you to the whole Prive team making the transition of our subscribers as easy and straightforward as possible. Also, the platform is very easy to use as well!

We had some unique requirements for our subscription model, and most other subscription tools tried desperately to convince us to fit their design. We knew what was important to our brand and to our customers, so we kept searching until we found the right one.

Prive listened to our needs, made sure they could partner with us successfully before saying yes, and then worked closely with us to build something that fit us perfectly. We had the entire team behind us during integration and implementation, and if we have any questions or feature requests we know we have them at the ready.

While our platform has only been live for a couple months, we've already seen incredible success and are thrilled we chose Prive.

We transitioned to Prive from Recharge. This app is MUCH better integrated. The team helped us through the transition and we've had no issues since we switched.
We have yet to check out the affiliate marketing function, but are excited to transition that as well.

If you are looking to integrate subscriptions for your store- Prive is the obvious choice. Fully customizable, intuitive backend and affordable (unlike many other companies I was checking out).

We have used a couple of subscription platforms before Prive and have ben blown away by how good this team/product is! We had quite a complex setup/migration and customization needs which were easily dealt with by Prive. (1000x better than our last migration experience with another subscription platform) They really are a true subscription partner who takes in feedback and applies it quickly to their product by releasing updates and changes faster than we have seen anyone else move. I am genuinely excited for how good this platform is and will be in the future. The customer service is excellent, even though we are in a different time zone, and the platform is all set up to reliability and properly service stores with 10K+ subscribers. I would 100% recommend Prive to any brand offering subscriptions. We were on Recharge for 3+ years and finally decided that it was time to move away from that archaic platform.

Prive has been a breath of fresh air in the subscription space. Their support is phenomenal (should out to Kai, Edgar and Claudia), their features are exactly what we need, and the analytics actually load (*cough cough* Recharge).

Half of our business is processed through subscriptions, so migrating platforms can definitely be an intimidating task, but the Prive team has made the transition incredibly smooth.
