Here is some information that might help explain the issue you have reported:
App Store Region Restrictions (iOS)
Apple ties reviews to the country of your App Store account. If your account is set to the U.S., you’ll only see U.S. reviews.
Fix: You can temporarily change your App Store region in Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → View Account → Country/Region. (Note: This may affect subscriptions and payment methods.)
