If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 65 days for a full refund to your original payment source. Please note that we only accept returns of items purchased directly from our website, and returned products must be in unused, unopened, and resellable condition.

You can return your items via mail or in-person drop-off at one of our offices located in Calgary, Vancouver, or Toronto. Ensure to include your name, order number, the items you’re returning, and the reason for the return in the package. Please contact us for more information.
