RTP payload 3 is GSM. This has been added after the last official =
release.
You need to compile svn head if you want Oreka to be able to transcode =
from
this wire codec.

I have installed oreka on a test machine running windows XP Pro and when
attempting to record a voip call the mcf files are not getting converted =
to
wav files, instead they are named .mcf.orig.=20

Here is a a section of the orkaudio log that i think highlights the =
problem.
