Hi, I have a number of issues... 1. The call direction does not seem to be working. I updated the config.xml file with the private ip address of my Asterisk server but it has made no difference when trying to select direction of calls. Should it be the public IP address of my SIP providers? 2. Some calls are showing as IP addresses for the remote and local party instead of extension and number. How can I get all calls to show as correct extension as it is affecting reports? 3. When calls are put on hold the recording is affected after the hold is ended and Orecx does not pick up the local party. Thanks, Rory |
