[Oreka-announce] orkweb: cannot play audio in internet explorer

computer = windows 7 64 bit, with IE9
I can't play audio files in internet explorer when logged in to orkweb.
I can play the files on their own so there's nothing wrong with the .wavs.
Orkaudio is creating the .wav files in /opt/tomcat5/webapps/ROOT which
according to the manual is correct.
I made sure java was fully up to date on the windows 7 machine. The
player appears on the page in IE9. When I click on the play arrow next
to the recording entry the player shows 'Connecting' but that's all.
