Thanks for the release.

Let's wait with new features and changes for some weeks, so we can easily
put out a 0.22.1 if required. Backwards-compatible bugfixes are welcome.

The first issue already came in: a release date typo reported in
docutils-users and corrected in the repo. As this is non-critical, we can
wait with a follow up release until there is more feedback.
