I published a new release of CHeMS: version 0x04.

This is mainly a bugfix release with minor features and
lots of enhancements about almost all aspects (core, modules,
documentations, etc.).

A brief list of changes is the following:

   o Many new options (both core and modules)
   o New module "contacts" which allow users to send mails to the
     listed member (names, not email addresses).
   o New chapters into the guide: "Internals" and _CEXEC
   o Lots of fixes.

CHeMS now is able to properly runs on correct PHP5 environments.

Hi to al CHeMS users!

I'm going to release the version 0x04 of CHeMS. It's mainly a bug fix
release with lots of code cleanups and improvements. There are no new
features but i made it faster and much efficient. It save lots of disk
spaces due to the fixed PHP notices and warnings (you can see them by
setting the error_reporting PHP variable to E_ALL) into the 0x03
release (or patch release 1, 0x03_1) of CHeMS. Then try to do the same
into the current CVS HEAD one.

Comments and patches are very appreciated!
