Before You Use Zanta
Welcome to Zanta. By using the service, creating an account, or buying credits, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using Zanta on behalf of a business or team, you are responsible for making sure you have authority to do so.
What the Service Does
Zanta is AI software for generating images and videos from text and image inputs. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with model providers.
Zanta relies on third-party providers for payments, authentication, storage, email, and model execution. Availability, models, and assets may change over time.
Accounts, Plans, and Billing
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and the activity that happens under your account.
- Paid usage runs on credits or subscriptions.
- Prices, plans, credit rates, and model availability may change.
- Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Inputs, Outputs, and Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you upload, the prompts you submit, and the way you use generated assets.
- You retain ownership of the inputs you upload.
- Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, you may use generated assets for personal or commercial work.
- You give Zanta.ai a limited license to host, process, and transmit your inputs and assets only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Acceptable Use & Safety
- Do not submit NSFW, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, minors, harmful impersonation, deepfakes, privacy abuse, or illegal, violent, or hateful abuse.
- Do not interfere with the service, our systems, or other users.
- We may screen prompts and uploaded images before generation.
- We may block requests, reject uploads, remove assets, limit features, or suspend accounts when activity creates safety, compliance, or payment risk.
Availability, Suspension, and Changes
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create operational or compliance risk, or abuse billing or generation systems.
Zanta is provided on an as-available basis. We may add, remove, rate-limit, or modify features, models, pricing, and limits at any time.
Warranty and Liability
Zanta is provided as is without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
