Each gel delivers 40g of carbohydrates in a precise 1:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio, ensuring maximum absorption and sustained energy without overloading your stomach.

The gels are available in two salt options to match your needs. High Salt delivers 1000mg of sodium, ideal for hot conditions or athletes with high sweat rates, while Low Salt provides 250mg of sodium for cooler conditions or shorter efforts. Both versions share the same clean, neutral flavour to prevent taste fatigue and allow easy stacking over long sessions.

With a simple ingredient list including maltodextrin, fructose, coconut water powder, Himalayan salt, and tri-magnesium citrate, these gels are light, gut-friendly, and vegan.
