Now
This is a now page, and if you have your own site, you should make one too!
I start my days by doing my Tibetan Rites and then have breakfast in the sun. Spring has definitely arrived and everything is growing. So lovely to see and rediscover the nature that was hidden beneath the snow for so long. I almost forgot that we can easily travel around and have unlimited hikes. Looking forward to receiving people in our house as holiday guests.

What happened
- Had an amazing experience in Gudevitsa, Bulgaria, during the "Altar of Authenticity" course. 10 days of in-depth working on myself, with nature as a guide. I truly feel like I came back from it as another, more authentic, man. Met loads of beautiful humans and non-humans and still maintain some beautiful connections.
- My latest remix of Fia - Shedding Skins is being received very well! So nice to see and hear the effect it has on people.
- Created my own online music studio to collaborate with other artists: Have a look at the studio here..
- I published a new website, my personal internet garden, at The Edge of the Rivulet. It will contain my poems and act as an umbrella for various creative projects I am working on.
- Spent a lot of time thinking how amazing it would be if the internet became again the beautiful mycelium-like network it once was. Thanks to this video I learned about the Indie Web Revival, which sounds amazing. It's going to be my new obsession.
- Recently finished a course called "Nature and the Human Soul" by Animas Valley
- Recently finished a writing circle called "Companioning The Mysteries" with Wendy Fyfe and April Tierney.
- Having a weekly David Whyte night, where we listen to a talk by David or any of his poems.
- Having a weekly pizza and movie night on Fridays.
- I've setup my new homelab server with all kinds of services. Immich for photos, Navidrome for music, my own Forgejo instance to manage e-books, Prometheus-stack to monitor everything. Having great fun geeking out!
- Changed my music consumption to the old-school style: Hosting my own music library and went back to buying the music that I want. It helps me think and feel about what I really want to hear purposefully, instead of just binging an infinite catalogue. The advantages:
- I am rediscovering old favorites.
- I am supporting artists.
- It re-ignites conversations about music with friends.
- I have a shuffle-all button again!
Recent Music Purchases
I went back to hosting my own music collection. Instead of monthly paying for a subscription I now use that money to buy music directly from the artists. Here's what I bought recently:
- Katinkera - Lost Warbles EP Listen on Bandcamp
- Carrie Tree - Human Kindness Single Listen on Bandcamp
- Alexandra Ahlay Blakely - Carry This All Single Listen on Bandcamp
- Crispy Watkins - There is a Home Single Listen on Bandcamp
- Kalin - Playground EP Listen on Bandcamp
Work
- Working on Insight Facility, a platform that supports property owners to maintain and renovate their buildings more sustainably. Promoting recycling and re-use over replacement.
- Recently wrote my manifesto. A work in progress, I am happy to brainstorm on it if you have feedback.
- Working on various creative projects, I've bundled them under a new umbrella: The Edge of the Rivulet.
