Worst massage ever. Masseuse name: Shirley She asked me too up $35 for some oil that is good for my body. Use her bloody arm and elbow to massage instead finger technique to unknot my tense muscles. Uses her arm area to massage at the ‘fragile’ part of the body such as the neck. Keep TALKING nonstop! I have blue black all over my body and can barely sleep at night because it was painful after the whole massage. Not only that I booked at 1030 and she came at 1110! Keep saying it’s because of the grab problem. I wish to have a compensation of the whole massage cause it’s not relaxing, your masseuse is incompetent and not punctual. After looking at her feedbacks, I wonder why UC still retain such masseuse.

She is really knowledgeable. My ankle has been in tolerable pain, she skillfully massaged & i can walk as per normal now. I requested for her push up my womb as well. While she did that, i can feel 2 knots which has caused the womb to harden. Thanks to her it is much softer now. Plus my back & neck has always been my imminent issues, felt the relief after massage & slept so well! Thanks Mandy🩷

Pressure and Technique Overuse of Elbows: The therapist used elbows for the majority of the session. I found this to be either uncomfortably ticklish or pointedly painful. Weak Finger Pressure: When finger pressure was used, it was quite weak, leading me to believe the elbows were being used to compensate for a lack of hand strength. Lack of Adjustment: I specifically mentioned my discomfort regarding the elbow pressure during the session, yet the therapist continued to use the same technique regardless. Hygiene and Safety Oil Re-use: Most concerningly, I witnessed the therapist pouring warmed oil back into the main bottle at the end of the session. This raises serious questions regarding hygiene and whether the oil used on me was recycled from previous clients. Environment: My floor was left oily after the session, which created a slipping hazard. My 18 month old son actually slipped and nearly fell.

Very very happy with the massage service given by Gina. Her hands are very good at massage. Gina is very professional and was trying the address the problems area while giving massage. It was so relaxing with such a nice setup & light calming music. Would definitely recommend her and love to take her services again & again.
