One set of stairs (w/storage) for the toilet and another for the sink. Wait. It looks like the toilet is in the way of the breaker box door.

This is an 1874 Victorian Italianate mansion that's been turned into condos in Covington, KY. 2bds, 2ba, 1,205sqft, $289k. I thought it was a good price until I saw the $895/m HOA. Also, they did it over in gray scale, but it still has magnificent details. It can always be painted and wallpapered. Look at this 1st fl. unit.

Let's see what this 1999 castle house in Vashon, WA has to offer, b/c we've been seeing some lame attempts, lately. The 3bd, 3ba, 2,280sqft home is asking $1.185m. So, outdoors we have a cement facade, towers that don't extend much past the roofline, and a gargoyle on the corner. Also, it's a mini-castle, b/c it's pretty small, as far as castles go.

I majored in English- could've really used this.
