I purchased 3 of these specific gift cards and all 3 were damaged with the last four card numbers scratched off and the security code scratched off as well. A complete scam that target can’t help with. Scammed out of $150 dollars.

Never buying VISA gift cards from Target again.
These gift cards are HORRID. I’m pretty sure I was a scam victim because I scratched off the card and the security code was off, half of the barcode is missing in the back, and the last 4 digits of my card was scratched off. Target HR said nothing they can do about it. I don’t recommend buying gift cards here.

A disaster.
Has been a total nightmare. Wasn’t activated correctly. And has YET to be resolved. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them. It’s been over 2 weeks and still not fixed. Give cash! Or a target gift card. This was a disaster.

SCAM
I bought a $50 Visa gift card that was already tampered with — the security code was scratched off and the money was gone before I could use it. This is unacceptable. Stores know these scams are happening and still leave compromised cards on open racks. Do better and stop selling clearly tampered gift cards.

Do not buy these gift cards
Do not purchase - this feels like a scam. Target says they loaded all of my cards ($25 and $50 denominations) with the appropriate money only for Visa to say there is no money on them. To top it off, the Visa number makes it hard to reach a person and provides zero answers except "sorry no money on the card." If there's no money, why did I pay $365 for the cards? I could see an issue with one card, but all of them. Something is not right and this feels like a complete scam because I'm both out of $365 for the cards and another $365 as I give people cash. Oh yes and the whole embarassment part of "wow, she gave me a card with nothing on it."

NO CARD NUMBER
I am extremely disappointed I bought this item and I did the email option but I can’t find the card number to buy stuff I spent 55$ on this WITH a 5$ fee I EXPECTED BETTER FROM TARGET. I expected better buying from a trusted store …target….

Do NOT buy!! They come already used and they can’t help you and target doesn’t want to help you either so you’re basically out of any money you spend on them. Mine had charges of TikTok shop already on them.

FRAUD, fraud and more fraud.
I received one as a gift. The numbers on the back of the card had been scratched out, and when I contacted them to get a replacement, it took four weeks to mail me a new card. When I tried to activate the new card, it had already been used at a Game Stop in another state. The company said that I couldn't prove that I hadn't been the one who used it, so they would not refund me the money. So from a $50 gift card, I got $4.13. Don't give these as gifts. You'd be better off just giving a handful of loose change. That at least has actual value.

It worked fine!
I’m Honestly not sure what all of the reviews are talking about when they say it’s a scam. I received an email in less than an hour with a link to the card information and used the card right after with no problems!

Total Scam!!!!
SCAM!! Listen to the comments yall!! When you try to “activate” the card through the webpage or phone number on the card, they scam you and leave the card with a few cents in balance!!

Worst card ever
Do not buy this card I bout 4 at 100 so that's 400 and the fee was $24 so my $424 went down the drain the online says the card has funds on it but nothing is there when you try to use it to purchase item...never buying a gift card again in my life.
