Decent, but Ninja customer service stoll awful!
This works pretty good. But I called customer service with questions and they couldn’t answer them. They never called me back. Ninja is famous for not standing behind their products, but I could not pass up this deal. When this device kicks the bucket, I won’t feel so bad having to toss it in the trash can.

This Item is easy to use and easy to clean in dishwasher. I have had mine for about 5 years and now I'm buying them as gifts. I just got this one for my Mother. Load the food into the top of the clear container. Put the gray flat lid on then set the chopper motor on top and push down. Easy to use. She has a hard time grasping and suffers with arthritis. The old mini chopper she has is getting too hard to use. This will be a breeze for her to just put on the lid and press down.
