Becoming a Digital Member

Q. How do I order a Tatler digital membership?

Q. How much does a Tatler digital membership cost?

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

For digital memberships, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Q. What is a Tatler digital membership, and what does it include?

A digital membership grants you unlimited access to exclusive editorial content on Tatler.com, a free digital subscription to Vanity Fair for 3 months, exclusive offers and discounts, exclusive access to the member-only newsletter, and the ability to share Tatler.com access with two lucky friends or family members.

Q. When will I be charged for my digital membership?

Credit cards and other payment methods are charged upon order submission. It may take 2–3 days for the charge to appear on your credit card statement.

Memberships will be automatically renewed each month thereafter unless you cancel.

If you choose to discontinue your membership before your credit card is charged, please call Customer Care or “manage membership” online.

Q. Can I buy a gift membership for someone else?

With your membership, you are able to share complimentary access with up to two friends or family members. You will receive a link to a redemption URL and two coupon codes in your membership order confirmation email. You can share this with your designated friends and family. Each code can only be redeemed once and will expire six months after purchase.

Q. Can I refer a friend and get a discount/offer for doing so?

We currently do not have a referral program.

Q. Do you offer a student discount to Tatler?

We currently don’t offer discounts to students.

Digital Membership Benefits

Q. How do I share my friends and family accounts?

A. You will receive a link to a redemption URL and two coupon codes in your membership order confirmation email. You can share this with your designated friends and family. Each code can only be redeemed once and will expire six months after purchase.

Q. How do I redeem my complimentary 3-month, Vanity Fair digital subscription?

A. Your complimentary three months access to Vanity Fair activates as soon as you purchase your Tatler membership. To start reading on vanityfair.com, sign in using the same email address you used to order Tatler.

Q. What happens to my Vanity Fair access after 3 months?

A. Your subscription will automatically end after 3 months. If you are interested in becoming a Vanity Fair subscriber, please see our subscription page to see which offer is right for you.

Managing your Tatler.com Account Access

Q. What happens if I already have a Tatler.com account?

A. To continue to have unlimited access, you will need to add a paid digital membership to your existing account and log in with the same credentials. Please visit our subscription page to decide which option is right for you.

Q. I recently purchased a Tatler membership; how do I sign in?

A. After you initially subscribed, you should have received an email containing a link to log in. The link will automatically log you into the site. You may also use an email and password if the user has previously generated one. If you did not receive an email, you can log in to the site with the email you used during your membership via the sign-in button in the navigation. You can visit your account profile to view your active membership.

Q. How do I generate a new password?

A. To reset your password for Tatler, sign in with the email associated with your Tatler account. Once signed in, you can reset your password under Manage Profile.

You will receive a ‘reset password’ link in your mailbox, where you can create a ‘new password’ there.

Q. What happens if I don’t have a Tatler digital account?

A. After you purchase a membership, you will be prompted to create a digital account. This is done by logging in with the email you used at checkout.

Q. How do I make changes to my email address?

A. To update the email address associated with your account, please contact Customer Care.

Q. I’m having trouble signing in.

A. We’ll be more than happy to help you sign in. Please contact Customer Care for assistance.

Q. How many people can be signed into my Tatler account at once?

A. Memberships can be shared between up to three people. You will receive a link to a redemption URL and two coupon codes in your membership order confirmation email. You can share this with your designated friends and family. Each code can only be redeemed once and will expire six months after purchase.

Q. How do I delete my account?

A. Please see our Privacy Notice for information on deleting your account.

Managing your Digital Membership

Q. How do I make changes to my payment details, etc?

A. Sign in to Tatler.com and visit the My Profile section of My Account to manage your membership, including your payment and mailing address information.
You may also make updates by contacting Customer Care.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?

A. Sign in to Tatler.com and visit the My Profile section of My Account to “manage membership.”
You can also cancel your membership by calling Customer Care.

Q. If I cancel my digital membership, will I get a refund?

A. Although you can cancel anytime during your membership, memberships are not refundable. You will continue to have access to Tatler.com until your next billing date.

Q. What is the refund policy for my digital membership?

A. While you may cancel your digital membership at any time, your payment is non-refundable, and your access will continue until the end of your current membership, after which the cancellation will take effect, and no further charges will be made.

If you live in the EU or UK, and contact us to cancel within 14 days of your order, we may be able to issue a full refund for your current order.

Q. Do I still get benefits and perks if I cancel my digital membership?

A. You will have continued access until your current membership term ends.

Q. I’m an existing print subscriber, do I get digital membership access?

A. Digital memberships are a separate product from the print magazine, and should be ordered and managed separately. If you’d like to order a digital membership, please visit our membership page, or you can reach out to our print care team by calling +44(0)1858-438-815.

Q. I’d like to get a print subscription with my digital membership. How can I do this?

A. A print subscription needs to be ordered and managed separately from a digital membership. If you’d like to order the print magazine, please visit our print subscription page.
