Last Map Update: Tue, Jan 20, 2026 at 10:28:42 pm MST

High pressure will keep the Northern Rockies under a stagnant weather pattern through early next week. Expect valley fog/freezing fog (dense at times) leading to low visibility and icy patches on roads/sidewalks. Fog may lift into low clouds at times. Also, air quality will be degrading with time. Please check for local burn bans.
Forecast Update: The "Snow Threat" Diminishes We know we've been tracking a pattern change all week, but the latest data shows a shift. The storm door is closing before it fully opened for our area. What changed? Persistent High Pressure is blocking the moisture, pushing the storm track south into Arizona and Texas. What this means for you (Jan 21-23): Snow: Chances have dropped to near zero. Travel: No significant impacts expected Wed-Fri. Temps: We are still cooling down to seasonal averages, but it will be a dry cold. Enjoy the easy travel weather!
