After Hours Emergencies

ISS advisors may be reached in an emergency situation 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Examples of emergencies are:

  • being detained at a port of entry,
  • being involved in an accident,
  • family emergency.

In an emergency, you can reach an ISS advisor by contacting RIT Public Safety at 585-475-3333 or by texting 585-205-8333. These numbers should be used for emergencies only. For non-emergency situations, please contact us during normal business hours.

If you are in danger, need emergency medical assistance, need to report a crime that is in progress or that has just occurred or to report a fire or accident, then you need to contact the police or fire department by calling 911.
