Update: Significant Network Improvements

Over the last several days, our team has worked around the clock to isolate the root of the network disruptions and restore service to the majority of PTCI Cellular customers.


Important Next Step for Your Device:

If your phone is still experiencing any hiccups, please try one of these steps:

✈️ Toggle Airplane Mode (On for 10 seconds, then off)
🔄 Restart your phone completely


The following, more in depth solution, can also be tried:

iPhone
Open settings Cellular Network Selection > Uncheck automatic > Choose another carrier that isn't PTCI > Watch it go to SOS > Choose PTCI > If it works, put your phone back on automatic > If it doesn't, reboot your phone
 
Android
Open Settings > Tap Connections or Network & internet > 
Select Mobile networks > Tap Network operators > Turn off the Select automatically toggle off > Choose another carrier that isn't PTCI > Wait for a moment > Then choose PTCI > If it works, put your phone back on automatic > If it doesn't, reboot your phone
 

Why? Doing this forces your phone to complete a fresh registration with the newly stabilized network, giving your device a clean slate and clearing out any lingering glitches.
