Life is not easy, it is hard work. But that doesn't bother him at all. H appreciates the things most, for which he had to put all his effort in. Like his animal companion, he makes his way up to climb the highest (career) mountains. He takes his steps carefully. Because he knows that what has been carefully thought through from the start simply takes him further in the long term. If he is so deep in his duties, he looks almost stoic. No, you can't rush him, he prefers to choose a slow pace.
