-2 cups puffed quinoa (or oats)
-1 cup buckwheat flakes (or oats)
-a big handful of cashews, chopped
-a handful toasted coconut flakes
-1 Tsp chai spice
-a pinch of salt
Mix well.
-1/3 cup coconut oil
-1/3 cup maple syrup
Melt together in a pot.
Combine with the rest.
Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 180C 15-20mins.
