vacation - day two, part one - portland we woke up bright & early on thursday (thanks jet lag!) and walked over to find a bus to take us to the bike shop for our bike tour. found it easily enough, but still asked the bus driver if we were headed the right way. she seemed to be unfamiliar with our stop (!!), but took a look at my small map and said we would keep an eye out for it. (seriously - people are crazy friendly and helpful here). at one point, we were going to get out at a major stop...
