Quick and easy homemade sour gummy candy 👩🍳 These are made using store bought instant jello. The kind I buy calls for 500ml water to make regular jello - I only use 150ml water to make the gummy candies. Dissolve powder in boiling water and fill your moulds. Refrigerate over night. Roll the gummy candy in a mixture of 150 g sugar and 1 teaspoon citric acid. I leave mine in the moulds in the refrigerator until it is almost time to serve them, as the sugar tends to melt into the gummies...
