my sister's birthday cake 🎂🎈 5 layers of chocolate cake, dark chocolate frosting, dark chocolate & toasted hazelnut praliné paste, tangy cocoa nibs & vanilla swiss meringue buttercream super sweet, decadent and packed with flavours! client had many requests... she wanted something super chocolatey, a simple design with a small pop of color, bows, and not a wedding cake (oupsie on that one). as the designated family cake maker I take my job very seriously!
