I love flowing between two stretches to improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. 

The single leg pigeon back opens your hip rotators and glutes, while the low lunge foreword stretches your hip flexors, ankles, and calves. 

If you can’t get the flow right away, it’s ok! Break it down and do them separately, practice it, and it will come.
