1.	Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand. 	2.	Keep your arms fully extended and palms facing forward. 	3.	Curl one dumbbell up towards your shoulder, rotating your wrist so your palm faces your shoulder. 	4.	Squeeze your bicep at the top, then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position. 	5.
