Ingredients-  🍰18 dates  🍰1+ 1/2 cups Milk  🍰6 tbsp oil  🍰1 +1/4 cup wholewheat flour  🍰1 tsp baking soda  🍰1/2 tsp baking powder  🍰 pecan nuts (optional)  Procedure-  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a 5-inch cake tin with parchment paper.  2. Start by removing the seeds from the dates and soak them in 1/2 cup of milk for a minute.  3. After soaking, transfer them to a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth puree.  4. In a large bowl, combine the dates puree with the remaining milk and oil.  5. Now add all the dry ingredients to the mixture and thoroughly mix them together.  6. Transfer the resulting batter into the lined cake tin & decorate it with pecan nuts or any other nut of your choice.  7. Bake the cake for 30-35 mins till a skewer comes out clean

STICKY DATE BAKED OATS 🍰 RECIPE 🥳👇🏼  By Dietitianrose  Ingredients: 2-4 large Medjool dates (pitted) 2 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup OR ~35g vanilla plant protein powder OR 1/4 cup wholemeal plain flour/ flour of choice* 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarb soda 1.5 cups milk of choice
1/2 cup water  *an alternative if you’re not the biggest fan of protein powder.  Topping (optional): 2 tbsp nut butter (I used peanut butter) 1 tbsp molasses/ honey/ maple/ alt 1/4 cup milk of choice 

To serve (optional): 
yoghurt (YoPRO, chobani, or Greek as examples) + additional fruit/ berries of choice  Method:

✅ 7 ingredients only ✅ no added sugar! ✅ no butter ✅ no flour ✅ easy cake in a blender  Ingredients for cake: 240g water 300g dates 3 eggs 45ml extra virgin olive oil 180g rolled oats 50g chopped walnuts 1 tsp baking soda (Optional: Drop of vanilla, pinch salt)  Instructions: 🍰Add the dates, water, eggs, oil, baking soda (optional: vanilla and a pinch of salt) to a blender. Blitz until smooth.  🍰Add the rolled oats and pulse just a few times—just enough to combine, only a few seconds! This part is key. 
🍰Pour the mixture into a lined cake tin and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top (cake tin is 18cm/7 inches) 
🍰Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes, until golden and set. Let it cool before slicing.
