Recipe: Firstly take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup gram flour and 1 cup water in it. Mix it well. Now add a pinch of food colour, meetha soda and salt in it. Mix them well and keep it aside for 5 minutes. Now heat a pan with oil. Now slowly add the batter in hot oil using the spatula as shown above. Now deep fry on low flame for 2 minutes. Strain them and keep it aside for later. Now take another pan and add 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar in it. Add food colour and cardamom seeds in it. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes. Now add the fried boondi in it and cook it for 2 minutes. Finally add nuts and turn off the flame. Cover and rest it for 10 minutes. Once it cools down shape them into small balls and Enjoy
