Workout Details:

✅ Narrow 2 Wide Squat Jump w/DB floor tap: 4 x 40 sec
 • ✅ Great Cardio Exercise 
 • ✅ Can also be done as a body weight exercise 
 • ✅ Primarily a lower body muscle focus but also will engage the core and forearms
