 • 1 15 oz can great northern beans 
 • 2-3 tbs tahini 
 • 1 lemon, juiced 
 • 1 tsp each cumin, paprika and sumac
 • Sea salt to taste (I used 1/2 tsp)
 • 2 ice cubes 
 • 1-2 tbs water 
 • Dash of cayenne (optional) 

Instructions:
 • Add the garlic cloves to a food processor and pulse until minced
 • Add remaining ingredients and blend until completely smooth
 • Enjoy!

Homemade Hummus!

This one I made a little but too runny because the lemon yielded way more juice than normal.. but it was still tasty!

INGREDIENTS
 • * 1 can of chickpeas 240grams drained
 • * 1 lemon fresh juice squeezed
 • * 1 clove of fresh garlic
 • * ½ tsp ground cumin
 • * ¾ tsp fine sea salt
 • * ½ tsp baking soda for boiling the chickpeas
 • * 2 cubes of ice 
 • * ¼ cup tahini

INSTRUCTIONS
 • * Fill a saucepan with water, and bring the water to boil. Add the chickpeas & baking soda. Boil for 15 to 20 minutes. Stirring once.

 • * Whilst the chickpeas are boiling, add the lemon juice & garlic to the food processor / blender. Blend until emulsified. Let sit for 2 to 3 minutes.

 • * Add the tahini and blend again until combined

 • * After boiling for minim
