Labneh Balls Recipe  How to make Labneh - yogurt cheese balls  👉🏽Save recipe  The next time you have left over yogurt then then make these easy 2 ingredients Labneh balls and season with your favourites; I used Zaatar, mint and Aleppo Chilli.  Its super easy to make and they keep well in the fridge, enjoy on toast, salads, and pitta bowls - literally in anything!  Ingredients:  -1 tub of thick yogurt  -1 tbsp of salt  -Seasonings of choice; I used Zaatar, mint and Aleppo Chilli (chilli powder)  -Good quality olive oil to cover your jar.  Method:  -Add salt into the yogurt and mix well.  -In a mesh cloth or thin tea towel pour the yogurt and knot and strain. I like to tie this on my sink tap over night or up to 24 hours.  -Once strained create little balls by rolling in your hands.  -Add

Labneh! One of my most requested recipes ❤️. It is a middle eastern strained yogurt that has a soft cheese like texture. I use it as a spread usually but straining it a bit extra to form the balls is also great.

Tip: you can strain 24 hrs if you prefer a thinner consistency.

Ingredients:
 • 32 oz plain yogurt.
 • 1 tsp salt.
 • za’atar to taste.
 • sumac to taste.

Directions:
 • 1.- add the salt to the yogurt and mix.
 • 2.- double up the cheesecloth and set atop a strainer, which is set atop a bowl 🤣.
 • 3.- add the yogurt in the center of the cloth, cover it up real well and place a can of beans atop for weight.
 • 4.- let sit in the fridge for 48 hrs. I squeeze the extra moisture out when forming balls.
 • 5.- coat them in za’atar and sumac. Add the

INGREDIENTS: 📖 -2 cups macadamia nuts (or any nut ) -1-1/2 cups water -1 tbsp miso (as probiotic) Condiments: -salt -2 cloves minced garlic -black pepper -1tsp onion powder For coating -chives -sesame -paprika powder tomato powder and chilly powder -oil to top up  INSTRUCTIONS:🥣 -soak the macadamia nuts overnight -strain and blend them with 1-1/2 cup water and miso -place them in a cheese cloth with a weight on top so will release all the water overnight and will ferment -once ready mix in your favourite spices ,create some balls and coat them with seeds ,herbs or spices powder. -place the balls in a jar and cover with olive oil  by @spicymoustache
